The rules of the programme: how miles are earned, how they are redeemed, and what each side is responsible for.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
ExtraMiles membership is free, personal to you, and limited to one account per person. You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details when you register.
Keep your password confidential — activity carried out with your credentials is treated as yours.
Miles are awarded on qualifying transactions with participating partners. The earning rate is set per partner and may change; the rate shown at the time of your transaction is the one that applies.
Miles can be redeemed for the rewards listed in your account, subject to availability. Miles hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
Once a redemption is confirmed it cannot be reversed, except where required by law.
Miles expire if your account has no earning or redemption activity for 24 consecutive months. We will notify you before miles are due to expire so you have a chance to use them.
Offers are provided by the partners themselves and are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability. ExtraMiles is not the seller of partner goods or services and is not responsible for their quality or delivery — those claims lie with the partner.
Do not attempt to accumulate miles by artificial means, including automated tools, duplicate accounts, or transactions made solely to generate miles and then reversed.
We may suspend or close an account, and reverse miles, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Any unredeemed miles are forfeited on closure, so redeem them first.
We may change these terms, the earning rates, or the rewards on offer. Material changes will be posted here and, where they affect miles you have already earned, we will give reasonable notice before they take effect.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with the programme is limited to restoring miles that were incorrectly deducted from your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
